Grilled Mustard Chicken

Mustard Chicken

Ingredients :

  • 500 g Chicken Breasts (boneless) ; Filets de Poulet or Blancs de Poulet
  • 15 ml Olive Oil ; Huile de Olive
  • 1 Lemon ; Citron
  • 8 ml Dijon Mustard ; Moutarde de Dijon
  • 1 g or about ½ teaspoon Oregano ; Origan or Herbe a Pizza
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground from corns) ; Grains de Poivre Noir
  • Dash Cayenne Pepper ; Piment de Cayenne

Preparation :
Get as much Zest from the Lemon, as possible, then squeeze juice of Lemon into a bowl with all other ingredients.
Mix well.
Place each Chicken Breast in Broiler Pan. Cook Chicken in Broiler for 10 minutes, turn Breasts.
Return to Broiler for 5 Minutes.
Remove Chicken & coat each Breasts of Chicken generously on both sides with Mixture.
Return to Broiler for 5 Minutes.

Serve hot with side dishes.

Hint from Denis :
For a tastier Rice, add a cube of Chicken Bouillon to Rice Water before boiling.
